Residential yard waste plan

Aspen will pick up unlimited bagged or bundled yard waste each week along with your regular trash collection during the yard waste season, April-November, weather permitting. You will be billed a non-refundable, annual fee.

Beginning and ending service dates may vary by collection area. Compostable bags are required for yard waste pickup.

Residents in Olmstead County will need to bring yard waste to the Olmstead County drop-off site.

Residents in Dodge County will need to bring yard waste to the Dodge County drop-off site.

We’re sorry, Aspen does not provide an annual yard waste service plan in Des Moines.
