Rochester Area Customers:

Due to road conditions in your area, all residential routes will be running a day delayed all week. For example Monday customers will be serviced Tuesday March 17th and Friday customers will be serviced on Saturday March 21st. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Commercial routes will also be delayed. There will be no service on Monday, March 16th and we will work to service all customers no later than Saturday, March 21st.
