Twin Cities Area Holiday Tree Collection

All trees must be placed at your curb or alley, unbagged, and free of all decorations. If your tree is more than 6 feet tall, please cut it in half to assist our drivers with loading it in our truck.

Bloomington
Trees will be collected January 5-16, 2026 by your trash driver.  The city will charge residents per tree.

Richfield
Trees will be collected January 5-16, 2026 for $13.57 per tree. You must call in advance to schedule a pickup.

City of St. Anthony
Trees will be collected December 31, 2025 – January 15, 2026 on your service day at no charge.  If collected after this time frame, the charge per tree is $35.00 +tax.  You must call in advance to schedule a pickup if needed after January 15th.

All other Twin Cities area customers
Aspen will pick up your tree free of charge on your regular service day through January 16, 2026.

Rochester Area Holiday Tree Collection

Rochester Area
Holiday trees can be brought to County Compost sites in the Rochester area.  The site is open daily during daylight hours.
