Dodge County residents and local trash haulers have a new resource for waste disposal with the opening of its transfer station. The new facility aims to streamline waste management for the community, and an Aspen Waste Systems truck was on-site to demonstrate its operational readiness for the facility.
The new station will process various types of waste, with dedicated areas for recycling and other materials. Residents can dispose of materials at the new site, including a special program for sharps disposal.
The transfer station, located in the county, will serve as a central hub for waste collection and transfer, with the goal of reducing the amount of waste sent to landfills.
