Residential customers must schedule for their tree to be collected on their service day. Please call Customer Service at 515-974-1600 24 hours in advance of your service day to do so. Cost per tree is $12.00.

Commercial or multi-unit properties please contact Customer Service at 515-974-1400 to schedule pick up of holiday trees

All trees collected must be free of all decorations, not in a tree bags and if longer than 6 feet must be cut in half
