Aspen is proud to provide commercial waste services to Centennial Lakes Office Park in Edina, winner of a 2017 International TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Award from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). The award was announced at the BOMA International Conference & Expo in Nashville, Tennessee in June.
Centennial Lakes Office Park is a complex of five office buildings, three lakes encircled by walking paths, a retail plaza, restaurants and a medical office building in the southwestern Twin Cities suburb.
The property is owned by United Properties Investment, LLC and State Farm Realty Company and is managed by Cushman & Wakefield.
The international TOBY awards are based on all facets of building operations from energy management, tenant relations, community involvement, emergency preparedness and security. The awards are the culmination of a rigorous application process and inspection by a team of TOBY judges.
