What’s on my bill?

Your quarterly bill will contain charges for three months of trash service, plus applicable fees. If you used any optional services for pickup of extra household trash, large items or on-call yard waste, the charges will also appear on your bill. Residential bills are mailed on the 20th of the month preceding your quarterly billing cycle and are due the 10th of the following month.

When is payment due?

We send out quarterly statements on the 20th of the month. Payments are due by the 10th of the following month. Interest will be charged for late payments. For more information see our Billing page.

Do you collect yard waste?

Yes. We will pick up bagged and bundled yard waste on Wednesday. You must call us at 314-890-9820 to request yard waste pickup. Visit our Yard Waste page for details.

Does Aspen pickup appliances to be recycled?
Yes. Call 314-890-9820 for information, pricing and to arrange for pickup of appliances to be recycled.

Are there restrictions on what I can put in my cart?

Your cart is for regular household waste. Items you may not put in your cart include yard waste, bulk items, appliances, ashes, batteries, concrete, oil, oil filters, railroad ties, tires, wet paint, solvents, hazardous materials or animal carcasses.

Can I use my own garbage container?

Aspen provides well-designed, easy-to-use wheeled carts at no extra charge to you. Aspen’s carts are safer for you and our drivers.

What’s the best way to clean my cart?

Mild detergents, such as liquid dishwashing detergent formulated to cut grease on plastic, are most effective.

What to do if I’m moving?

Please call Aspen at least 2 weeks in advance of your final day of service.  In order to prepare your final invoice, we will need your forwarding address and telephone number.

The Aspen-issued cart will be picked up on your final day of service. A $95 charge will apply for an unrecovered cart.

If you have additional items or need extra service, we can take care of that for you.  Please call 314-890-9820 for an estimate.

Your last invoice will be sent to you after your final pickup or you can pay by Visa,  MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.  Aspen does not refund partial months of service.
